Order preparation
Orders placed before 11:00 CET/CEST are prepared and dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 11:00 CET/CEST are dispatched the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
On public holidays no orders are prepared, which may add one business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes in Australia.
Taxes and duties
EU: prices include VAT — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
United Kingdom: prices include UK VAT. For orders where the value of the goods is £135 or less, that is all that is due and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders where the value of the goods is over £135, import VAT and any customs duty are handled at the border; where these are not already included at checkout, they are payable by the recipient on delivery.
United States and other destinations outside the EU and UK: import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply under local law and are payable by the recipient, unless the checkout states that duties are included. Where duties are not included, we ship on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis: we deliver to the address, but any such charges are the recipient's responsibility, including if the parcel is refused. Customs handling may also delay delivery.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide, so please make it complete and add a contact phone number. If no one is available, the carrier will usually leave the parcel at a nearby parcel shop for collection with ID and notify you how to proceed.
